People often assume my career has taken a winding path.

From digital marketing and entrepreneurship to podcast hosting, speaking, live commerce, and media, it can look like a collection of different careers. To me, they've always been connected by one thing: a genuine curiosity about people.

I've spent my career understanding what captures attention, what builds trust, and what helps people feel seen. Sometimes that has meant helping brands grow through marketing. Sometimes it has meant sitting across from a guest and asking the question that changes the direction of the conversation. Other times, it's meant stepping onto a stage or in front of a camera to connect with an audience in real time.

Today, I co-host The Becoming Club, where we explore the experiences, challenges, and personal growth behind success. I also host live shopping broadcasts, moderate conversations, speak at conferences and events, and continue consulting with brands on marketing strategy. While those roles may look different on paper, they're all rooted in the same belief: meaningful connection is what people remember.

One of the experiences that shaped me most happened long before the podcast. When my three-year-old daughter told me she didn't like her skin color, it changed the trajectory of my life. Together, we created Mindful Littles, an inclusive children's brand that led to books, affirmation cards, national media coverage, and conversations about confidence, representation, and emotional well-being. That experience reminded me that stories have the power to shape how we see ourselves and each other.

Whether I'm interviewing a guest, speaking to an audience, or working with a brand, my goal is always the same: create conversations that feel thoughtful, genuine, and worth remembering.
